Lasik Package
There are three levels of service:

Level 1 – Simple Staging of Accessories Only (Artwork, Plants, and Props)
This service level will provide you with the basics needed to prepare the home for sale. Simple staging does not include furniture. The property will be staged with artwork, plants and/or greenery, bath linens, and other needed accessories to add warmth and charm to the space. Areas that are normally staged with accessories only are kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, laundry rooms, and niches.

Level 2 – Standard Staging of Impact Rooms
This service level will aim to give the vacant home a more "lived-in" appeal by focusing on the rooms that are critical to selling your property. Staging of the foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite will let buyers better visualize living in the home. These rooms will be staged with the appropriate amount of furniture and accessories needed to add a warmth and sophistication to the space that buyers can emotionally connect with.

Level 3 – Select Staging
This service level will aim to give the vacant home a more "model" home appeal. By staging the majority of the home with the needed furniture and accessories, including window treatments, area rugs, and custom floral arrangements, we will showcase a lifestyle that will entice buyers to make offers.

Fee: All properties are staged with furniture and/or accessories that are complementary to the price and style of the home. Therefore an accurate staging quote can only be provided once a site visit is completed.

Model Home Package
Home Builders – Do you have an empty model or spec home you need staged? Let us make life simple for you by handling every detail of staging your model. With our model home package, we will create a signature design that will highlight the home's features and set your model above the rest. We will deliver all furnishings and accessories, stage the home, then de-stage and remove all furnishings and accessories once the model is sold. We are able to work within your budget and have different pricing plans available.

Investors – Planning a detailed budget before you begin any renovation is key for saving time and money. If you are preparing for a renovation and want to make sure that you get the best ROI, Fresh Eye Designs can assist. Renovation Walk-through
We will do a walk-through of your property and discuss the best ways to renovate and the most needed improvements for the property.

Fee: $125 ($50 credit will be applied to the consultation)

Written Renovation Consultation
We will complete the walk-through and also provide you with an itemized report, based on your budget. This report will include the following items and their estimated costs:

• color/paint selections
• fixture selections
• carpet/flooring selections
• cabinet and countertop selections
• appliance selections (if needed)

Fee: Price will be given at the completion of the walk-through.
